Returns
At Bedon & Mini, we want to offer a transparent and pleasant shopping experience.
Due to the second-hand nature of our items, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for sizing errors, a change of mind, or personal preference, subject to the rights provided by law.
We pay particular attention to the description of our clothing. Their condition is indicated and any visible imperfection is mentioned.
A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER
If you receive an item that does not match its description or that has an unmentioned defect, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible after receiving it, attaching photos of the observed problem.

Each request will be evaluated individually in order to determine the appropriate solution, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation
At Bedon & Mini, we understand that a mistake or an unforeseen event may occur after placing an order.
Any cancellation request must be submitted as soon as possible by email to bedonetmini@outlook.com,, stating your order number.
A cancellation may be accepted if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Once preparation has begun or the package has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Requests will be evaluated individually, in accordance with applicable laws.
Refund
At Bedon & Mini, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, sizing error, or personal preference.
However, if an item has an undisclosed defect or does not match its description, a request may be reviewed in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec.
